We take pride in recruiting and training some of the most promising apprentices in our region. 

Many of our apprentices are recruited from the areas we work. This helps us build great local knowledge, and provide opportunities in the areas we work.

Apprentices also play a crucial role in our development as an organisation. Bringing fresh thinking and up-to-the-minute skills, they help keep us at the forefront of our industry.
