Planned Work Programmes

We provide planned works contracts for a growing number of suppliers throughout the Midlands, including our partner SSHA which spends £8.2m per annum on improving homes for its tenants. 

Our planned works programmes include bathrooms, kitchens, replacement doors and windows and a wide range of other interior and exterior works. 

Innovation, quality and customer satisfaction drive the programme. This was evident when we managed  to reduce the average turnaround time for a kitchen refurbishment to just 2.5 days, whilst maintaining 99% customer satisfaction. 

Our commitment to providing value for money for our tenants meant each kitchen was also produced at an affordable rate - with the average cost of a new kitchen standing at just £3,700.00. 

This combination of fast turnaround, value for money, and sector leading customer satisfaction has already seen us install over 1000 kitchens using the three-day method.
