We believe that suppliers to housing associations and other housing suppliers need more than a commitment to social responsibility. We believe that social responsibility should drive contractors, shaping their services, and generating greater overall returns for clients. Our CSR approach remains a key element in achieving our Vision. We add value to every means possible. This involves us:

Recruiting staff from our clients’ communities.

Establishing apprenticeship programmes for clients, and training the apprentices through our proven programme. We have recently recruited apprentices for Bushbury Hill TMO.

Reducing our carbon-footprint by sourcing sustainable materials, finding cleaner and leaner ways to work, and minimising travel.

Innovating to lessen our collective impact on the environment. Our recent Eco-Homes project is a great example of how we’re trialling new technologies to increase environmental efficiency.

Sourcing local suppliers, and ensuring as much revenue as possible stays within the communities in which we work.

We combine these principles with solid business performance, efficiency and value-for-money, which is why we’re becoming the preferred supplier for an ever-growing number of housing providers throughout the Midlands.
